Charles and I will travel to hotels and restaurants from Ensenada to Cabo to Cancun introducing you to the finest restaurants and Chefs that Mexico has to offer. Easy for them, but then...the Chefs will go out on the water with Charles and I to catch what they are going to cook!! What happens if they don't catch anything? Will they have to walk the plank?
