I’m Christine Girard, a professional gestural abstract artist.

My practice combines presence, Zen observation, and research into the fundamental principles of painting: structure, space, tension, and the breathing quality of the gesture.

This channel preserves traces of my past teachings in Art Zen and intuitive creation.

Since 2026, I have devoted myself entirely to my personal practice and the in-depth study of pictorial language. I no longer offer active teaching here.
