Functional Circuit

Hi, I'm Juri Monasso and this is the official channel of the Facebook group "Circuiti Functionzionale" which to date with more than 23,000 subscribers is the largest in Italy that talks about Circuit Functional Training.

Here you will find many circuits with which you can train at home or in the gym, in addition to practice there will also be more theoretical videos, with advice and curiosities about training.

Here you will NOT find, advertisements, supplement discount codes and V-logs where I eat and drink.

So if you are interested in Circuit Functional Training, Sign up and activate the Bell to receive notifications when I publish new videos.
