City Institute of Higher Learning (C-IHL) is an advanced research-focused education institute in New Brunswick, Canada, that serves the needs of the research community and businesses. C-IHL is part of the Institute of International Education Canada (IEC) Inc., founded in 2013. The Institute is a significant place for scholarly research and business consultancy covering contemporary global issues. C-IHL focuses primarily on advanced research and management learning. We aim to produce graduates with exceptional skills to serve local and international development needs. Most of our research, courses, and consultancy activities are in English and French. We are one of the few private institutes that offer this flexibility.
