CLAUSPATER Clau Salgado

ClausPater (Clau Salgado) is a Chilean singer, songwriter and musician whose music blends alternative rock, folk and darker atmospheric sounds with intimate storytelling and a cinematic approach.

In 2023, he presented his debut album, Lost Between Virtue and Chaos, with a live acoustic performance at Feria Pulsar, one of Chile’s most important music industry events.

In 2026, he returns with a fully remastered edition of the album, exploring spirituality, inner conflict, nature, loss and the search for meaning. The release includes “Church is Nature,” featuring guest vocals by acclaimed English musician and producer John Porter, known for his work with The Smiths, Killing Joke and Ryan Adams.

This release marks both a return and a new beginning. ClausPater is now creating intimate acoustic material rooted in folk textures, raw vocals and organic arrangements, exploring memory, resilience, healing and new beginnings.
