Colin Davies, Realtor

Colin Davies is an East Bay Realtor with Security Pacific Real Estate. He represents sellers and buyers in Richmond, Pinole, El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, and Kensington. His work often begins before a home is ready: walking the property, identifying condition and disclosure risks, separating necessary preparation from wasted spending, coordinating independent specialists, building the pricing and launch plan, and carrying the transaction through negotiation and closing. He also helps families plan inherited-property sales when condition, occupancy, timing, or multiple decision-makers complicate the path. Colin has particular experience with Craftsman, Mid-Century Modern, Spanish Revival, and custom homes. CA DRE #01935999.
