Conny Zywietz | Freediving & Ocean Life

Welcome to my world beneath the surface. 🌊

I’m Conny — freediving trainer, mentor and ocean lover, living by the sea in Sardinia.

For me, freediving has never been about numbers, depth or competition.

It’s about what happens when everything gets quiet.
When you slow down. Come back into your body. Hear yourself again.

Because sometimes, what we need isn’t another goal to reach — but a way back to ourselves.

To more calm.
More trust.
More clarity.
More aliveness.

And from there, to create a life that actually feels like yours.

Here I share freediving, breath, the ocean, extraordinary journeys and the deeper work of coming home to yourself — in the water and far beyond it.

One breath can change more than how you feel underwater.

Welcome home.🤍
