Born out of the Consultation Institute, tCI delivers independent assurance, certificated training, and expert advice for public consultations.  We continue to support organisations facing complex or high-profile decisions—testing consultation plans against legal and policy standards, building internal capability through structured learning, and offering practical guidance when scrutiny is high.

Following the closure of the former in 2024, tCI has been reset under new leadership. We continue to use the proven frameworks and quality standards that made the brand widely recognised, but with a clearer model designed to deliver what clients need most: credible assurance, trusted training, and independent advice.  

We’ll be rolling out updated branding across all of the Institute’s work, taking care to protect the reputation and trust the name carries.
