Contrology Coach

Contrology Coach is Omar, a Pilates student teacher sharing the real work: reformer, Cadillac, chair, and mat, one honest session at a time. Pilates found me when I needed it most. Now I am learning to teach what it keeps teaching me. New videos every week. Come move your bones with us. Based in San Marcos, CA. Find me everywhere as @contrologycoach.
