Cook with MOA

Hi everyone,

My name is MOA and I adore cooking, but, eating is LIFE!

I had spent half of my life being on a ‘diet’.

A few years ago, I thought to myself I needed a change. I was sick and tired of being on a 'diet'.
So, I thought I'd start with focusing on feeding my body & soul.
Food and eating them can heal us emotionally and physically, and I wanted to enjoy every second of it.

I know how hard it is for everyone nowadays to eat healthy in our crazy busy lives.

Here, on this channel, I want to share with you delicious recipes that are full of nutrients but easy and convenient to make.
I hope you all enjoy!

For our beautiful BODY & SOUL!
