Copkido, the solution to excessive force®.

The system of Copkido was developed by a cop for other cops in an attempt to assist them in protecting themselves against not only injuries, but also claims of excessive force.  The use of strikes are used only during instances when a higher use of force continuum is authorized, but not always necessary.

I have suffered bumps, bruises, broken bones and even a gunshot.  Caring is sharing and I hope these methods help to prevent others from going thru what I already have.
