Cosmic Lilac Healing | Charli

Welcome to Cosmic Lilac Healing - your space for gentle yoga, yin, breath & meditation.

I’m Charli, a 500-hour Yoga Guide with training in Deep Tissue Massage & Sound Healing.

I share gentle yoga flows, yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork & meditation practices to support your wellbeing.

My intention is to guide you to move with awareness, breathe deeply & find moments of stillness - reconnecting with yourself & finding solace in body, mind & soul.

Thank you for being here - I can’t wait to share these practices with you.

Namaste 💜
