CrossFit Burn

Welcome to CrossFit Burn, a small, community-driven CrossFit gym in Eastern North Carolina. We’re passionate about great coaching, long-term consistency, and building a supportive environment where athletes of all levels can thrive.

On this channel, we highlight our members, share real CrossFit training experiences, and host a podcast focused on our community and all things CrossFit — including workouts, nutrition, mindset, goal setting, and what it really takes to stay consistent over time.

Both owners of CrossFit Burn are CrossFit Level 3 Trainers, bringing years of coaching experience and education to everything we do. No hype. No shortcuts. Just honest conversations, real progress, and a community that shows up for each other.
