The Next Move with Brannon

What do you do when what used to work doesn’t work anymore?

The Next Move explores men’s wellness, resilience, and leadership through lived experience, hard questions, and practical steps.

I’m Brannon Hicks—a speaker, former police sergeant and SWAT leader, now working in suicide prevention. I talk about navigating difficult conditions, finding purpose beyond the job, and building a life worth living.

My goal is to help you see your options and take your next step.
