Dads Behaving Madly

Established just over a year ago, Dads Behaving Madly is now a registered charity supporting dads and carers of children with disabilities in our local area.

Our aim is to combat social isolation and improve mental health through peer support and meaningful connection. We deliver regular activities including monthly breakfasts, surfing, wellness sessions, coffee mornings, gym sessions, and football matches.

We've created a judgment-free space where dads can share experiences, build friendships, and access support. Members report reduced isolation and improved wellbeing. We're addressing a critical gap in support services for an often-overlooked demographic of carers.
