Denise Malone IFBB Wellness Pro

Welcome to my journey as an Irish IFBB Wellness Pro competing on international professional stages.

Follow me behind the scenes through prep, training, show days, travel and the reality of building a wellness physique.
I will be documenting the work, setbacks, progression and experiences that happen along the way.
