Depend on Me

There’s a conversation happening with aging seniors. There’s a separate one happening with family caregivers. Depend on Me puts them in the same room.

Host Cheri Anttila spent six continuous years as a family caregiver — Army veteran, 35 years in public service, first-generation Sami-Finnish, and allergic to the phrase "everything happens for a reason."

Each episode brings information, a plan, and the conversation nobody wants to start, aimed equally at the person aging up and the family carrying them.

Clarity. Power. Grace. New episodes weekly.
