Dia Patisserie Kitchen

DiaPatisserie Studio is a recipe and training platform dedicated to modern pastry. On this channel, we share everything from basic home baking recipes to the most advanced professional techniques.

My journey began 11 years ago after a disappointing birthday cake, which sparked a promise to learn true pastry craftsmanship. Over time, my passion led me from home baking to teaching in Bristol, London, and Vilnius, and eventually to focusing fully on recipe development and online education.

I continuously refine my skills through training with world-class pastry chefs, including Hans Ovando, Jordi Bordas, Antonio Bachour, Ksenia Penkina, and many others. Today, I share my experience through detailed recipes, practical lessons, and creative inspiration.
