My name is Christie and I'm a yoga instructor and owner of Divine Child Yoga LLC in La Porte, Indiana. I'm a 500-hour registered Yoga Teacher, 85-hour Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and 95-hour Registered Children's Yoga Teacher.
I am obsessed with all things, YOGA, BIRTH, & BABIES and also am a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula and 4th Trimester Fitness®️ Method (4TFM) Instructor. On this channel you will find yoga and fitness for pregnancy, postpartum, and tips and tricks for anywhere on your motherhood journey🩷
