Diving Beyond MS

Lie doesn't end with a dignosis; it just means finging new way to swim! 🦽➡️🤿

When I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I realized the water was the one place where gravity loses its grip and complete freedom takes over. I founded Diving Beyond MS to encourage others with chronic conditions to try diving, break through perceived limits, and navigate the real world of adaptive travel.

On this channel, you’ll find:
🤿 Real-World Adaptations: Navigating non-adaptive dive resorts, boat exits, & deck logistics.
🎙️ On-the-Deck Interviews: Real chats with dive guides, crews, & divers about invisible illness awareness.
🌊 Ocean Vlogs: Diving adventures from home shores to the Caribbean, proving life continues after a diagnosis.
🪸 Energy Management: Tips for fatigue, heat sensitivity, & physical strength while diving.
