Doctor Doug

I'm Dr. Doug Maready, MD, an obesity medicine physician in Phoenix, Arizona, board-certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine. Obesity is a disease, not a willpower problem, and weight is only its outer layer. Here I explain what drives your hunger, your health and your weight, what the evidence says about GLP-1 medications, diet and exercise, and how to treat the cause.

Right now I'm following my own advice for 90 days, on camera, numbers and all. Also home of The Doctor Doug Show podcast.
