THE TENACIOUS MIND | Dr. Robert L. Lytle Jr., Ed.D.

Leadership Begins With YOU.

Welcome to The Tenacious Mind, where leadership meets behavioral science, mental fitness, personal growth, and purposeful living.

I’m Dr. Robert L. Lytle Jr., a retired Marine Corps Sergeant Major, leadership educator, executive coach, and founder of Lytle Leadership Firm LLC.

With 23 years of military leadership experience and a doctorate in Christian Leadership, I combine research-informed strategies with real-world experience to explore how our thoughts, habits, routines, and behaviors shape our lives.

Through my T.I.M.E. Leadership Framework (Teach, Influence, Mentor, Equip), I challenge you to develop self-awareness, build discipline, break unhealthy patterns, and take ownership of your future.

Change your thinking. Transform your behavior. Lead yourself.

Our mission: Leave people better than they were when we met them.
