Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar School of Entrepreneurship

It was the time of when a caste notion was at its peak for its purity and pollution. There was no scope of entrepreneurship for lower castes and it was unexpected that someone who started his venture rather than caste-based occupation. Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar has started his start-up in 1917. Though, it was not successful in the long run due to the howl of caste notion towards the lower caste. In 2017 observed the 125th birth anniversary of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar. It also marked as a 100th years of his entrepreneurial start-up. Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar School of Entrepreneurship (BASE) has been launched on 14th April 2017 as a virtual school cum entrepreneur’s network to develop entrepreneurial fraternity. BASE essentially promotes entrepreneurial literacy through Connect, Communicate, and Care process.
