We've all tried several programs at this point to decrease weight, improve strength or endurance and help with the never ending question "How can I get and stay healthy while living my busy life". These programs are generally very successful at what they say the goal is and within 8, 12, 16 weeks people that complete them are usually pleased with the results! That's where the fun usually ends, for me at least, so then it's time to start a new program or find someone else's system to tap into and begin again from square one. 
Over the past 3 years I've spent my time doing someone else's program less and slowly modifying and improving my habits around 3 Pillars (Mindset, Fitness and Nutrition) to fit my goals; to fit my busy schedule and to fit what I want my optimal day to day life to look like. I'm going share how I did this and what I do, not so you will copy me but with the right mindset and information, be able to design your own lifelong program that never stops improving!
