Edpa Foods

Edpa Foods is an Indian food brand being built from Chhattisgarh, India — rooted in traditional food wisdom, honest sourcing and the people behind what we eat.

We’re building thoughtfully made food products inspired by the richness of our roots, while exploring how those foods can find their place in the world today.

This channel documents the journey of building Edpa Foods from the ground up — from discovering ingredients and working with the people behind them, to sourcing, product development, packaging, branding, marketing and everything that goes into building a real food business.

No polished success story.
No overnight transformation.

Just the real process of building Edpa Foods — the decisions, experiments, setbacks, lessons and small wins that come along the way.

Rooted in where it began.
Built for where it’s going.
