Efim Prosvirin

Hello! My name is Efim Prosvirin, I am a personal fitness trainer! My mission is to promote healthy lifestyles, health fitness and amateur sports! My arsenal includes Pilates, strength and functional training, middle and long-distance running, elements of physiotherapy exercises and manual techniques.

The channel operates on a voluntary basis and all videos are presented to a wide range of people.

However, I would recommend that you consult with specialists before starting your independent studies!

These videos are for the most part addressed to my wards, who study with me or study individually and are familiar with their body and its capabilities, are familiar with the teaching methodology and the effect and meaning that I put in every video complex or exercise!
