Ethiopia Medical Student Association - Lorcan 

EMSA, the Ethiopian Medical Students' Association, is a  student led organisation dedicated to empowering medical students by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on healthcare both within Ethiopia and on a global scale. 

As a local branch of EMSA, EMSA Lorcan actively engages in diverse projects and initiatives. "As the motto of EMSA states, 'More than a student,' EMSA Lorcan is dedicated to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are not just medical students but also actively engaged in their community for its betterment."

It has been engaging in organising blood donation campaigns, raising awareness about mental health, conducting capacity-building training sessions, and facilitating online experience sharing programs since it's establishment. 

EMSA Lorcan has demonstrated remarkable growth and potential and is  anticipated to emerge as a prominent LC,making significant contributions to the medical community in Ethiopia together.
