Ewoks Are Cool

In the distance you hear it: a cacophony of doot doots. You run. You heard the stories, dawn breaking and shattered helmets scattered in a pool of blood surrounding the trooper they belong to. You run faster. Horrific images of the vile creatures that stalk stormtroopers in the night. Your foot catches something, a root maybe. Before you can react a massive net holding bones and rocks crashes into you, splintering your helmet, knocking you onto on your stomach. You hear their soft footsteps as they hone in on the scent of your blood. You look up, seeing clearer than ever through the broken visor. 12 ferocious teddy bears chanting, dancing, dooting their horns around you, rolling in circles as they close in. You close your eyes. You open them as one of them.
