Welcome to Exercising My Faith- Where physical discipline meets spiritual alignment! This channel is for women who want to feel strong, peaceful, confident and grounded in God- not just in the gym, but in life. You'll find faith-based fitness and body transformation, discipline, routines and habits rooted in scripture, glow-ups that start internally and show externally, NPC bikini competition prep, and lifestyle resets, self-care and intentional living!

I believe you can pursue physical excellence without idolizing your body and that you can live disciplined without losing your peace!

Whether you’re in a grind season, glow-up season or rest season-this is your space.
