Farmer Cody

I'm here to help you find food that you can trust.

My name is Cody Hopkins, and for 20 years, I've been inside America's food system. I started as a first-generation farmer raising chickens on pasture in the Ozarks. Today I run Falling Sky Farm and lead Grass Roots Farmers' Cooperative — a network of small regenerative farms putting real food on real tables across the country.

This channel is where I bring you along. No fear-mongering. No marketing hype. Just practical, no-BS guidance from someone who actually grows the stuff:

How to buy eggs, beef, chicken, and pork that aren't lying to you
What food labels actually mean (and which ones to ignore)
How to find a real farmer near you
The questions to ask before you spend another dollar on "premium" food

If you're tired of guessing at the grocery store, you're in the right place. Subscribe — and let's eat better.
