Felicia V. Bland (fv bland) is an artist, entrepreneur, photographer & writer based out of NJ.  She is the author of 3 photography books, Never Give Up! (Downtown T Town) 1st Ed., Never Give Up! (URBAN) 2nd Ed., Never Give Up! (Pop URBAN) 3rd Ed. & the Never Give Up Creative Journals.  She is the founder of a natural beauty company, Millie’s Best, at www.milliesbest.com.  She is a graduate of Rider University.  Felicia spends her free time taking photographs around the Tri-State area of NJ, NY & PA.
