Welcome to Flowing with Faith!

Faith first laid out a mat in 2004 in her own home practicing Yoga and Pilates while raising three young children. In 2008, she was slammed into a trauma cycle that would see her putting away her mat until 2014. In 2014, when faced with life in a wheelchair, or life walking, she chose walking; Slowly refinding her way to her mat, allowing the medicine of yoga to ease fear, anxiety, and depression. 

In 2020, feeling the call to further her knowledge and skill base, Faith achieved her CYT200. She now aims to bring the medicine of yoga all people regardless of ability, size, age, or dis-ease; who have or are experiencing pain, weakness or stiffness; get out of our minds and into our bodies so that we can achieve spinal, mental, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing.
