Footprints on the Heart, Inc.

Footprints on the Heart offers free in-person support and services to families facing pregnancy loss and infant death — up to age 2 — in Bartow County, Floyd, Gordon, Murray, Polk, and Whitfield Counties (GA). Helping families make as many tangible memories as possible with their baby is at the heart of what we do. We do this through remembrance photography, memory making/tangible keepsakes, H.O.P.E. boxes, assistance with funeral planning, ongoing peer support, and community outreach events.
