Functional Strength UK is a private strength and conditioning facility located in Merseyside, UK. Engineered by Christian Glinister, a former Royal Marine Commando, current personal trainer and weightlifting coach. His interest in fitness began at an early age and continued into life in the military and then becoming a coach to those wanting to gain levels of strength and fitness they never previously believed they could possess.
