The Melting Potato

Married at 26. Diagnosed with infertility at 27.

At 29, I embarked on a grueling weight loss journey for a healthy pregnancy. In less than a year, I lost 47kg (104 lbs) and miraculously conceived naturally.

But along with the gift of a child came the relentless return of weight— the infamous yo-yo effect.

And now, at 35, I've been diagnosed with diabetes. 🥲
The only time to turn things around is now.
This is my journey to reclaim a healthy life.
