Gina the Life Coach

Hi! I'm Gina and I am here to share my positive energy, healthy life habits (that I continue to learn and practice myself) and things that make me happy.  I love to connect with others and enjoy making content to share.  

Like many of you I have dealt with anxiety and depression throughout my life, and understand how stuck it can make you feel.  I get it.  Through therapy, medication, setting boundaries,  the support of family and friends, and other lifestyle changes, I have been able to work through my struggles in order to do what really makes me happy.  

I am now living into what I believe is my life purpose. I am a Certified Life Coach working with people who wish to get unstuck, set goals, and find their purpose and passion in life.
