Busy dad in my 40s getting fit with home workouts 

Fitness and transformation from in home workouts and products.  In my 40s, dad, husband, working full time.  Hoping to help busy or skeptical people get motivated to lead healthier lives as I am. I’m working to get back in shape and jumping on the P90x Generation Next to kick it in gear.  Will share the daily grind and progress as well as some tips and tricks I find along the way with some other things I think may be helpful.
