Globa Fitness

My name is Pavel Globa.

Personal Trainer | Nutritionist | Mentor |
IFBB&EBBF Certified | Precision Nutrition Certificate

I work with entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and performance-driven individuals who want more than just workouts. They want a body that looks strong, performs well, and supports the demands of business, sport, travel, and real life.

My goal is not just short-term transformation. The goal is to build a strong, athletic, resilient body and a lifestyle that supports energy, confidence, performance, and longevity.

I don’t believe in extremes, rigid plans, or fitness that only works in perfect conditions. I help clients create structure they can sustain through pressure, busy schedules, social events, travel, and changing seasons of life.

I’m not here just to give workouts. I’m here to coach, guide, educate, and help clients understand the system so they can build results that last.
