Glory Yoga by Mary Beth Senechal

WELCOME to Glory Yoga! I am Mary Beth, and I am a certified yoga instructor and have been teaching since 2010. I fell in love with yoga when I realized how my workouts at the gym were often causing my body to break down. BUT when I practiced yoga, I felt my body come alive, rejuvenate, and restore.

I love teaching yoga because of the many benefits (physical and otherwise) that I see my students experience as they awaken new areas of their earthly vessels. A regular practice brings one a deeper sense of well-being physically, spiritually, and emotionally. I especially enjoy faith-based yoga because of the profound connections one can discover between their God-given body and their spiritual connection with their Creator.
