Greenwich Historical Society

Greenwich is steeped in remarkable American History and has long been associated with well-known figures and pivotal events in the arts, business, journalism and politics. The Greenwich Historical Society, established in 1931 chronicles the community's story in a variety of ways from rotating exhibitions, to art and history lectures, hands-on educational programs, social events and tours. Our Bush-Holley Historic Site was home to the Cos Cob art colony, the cradle of American Impressionism. The library and archives houses an wealth of information available to the public.
