Heartcore Yoga with Kseniya

I’m Kseniya, a 500-hour Yoga Alliance–registered teacher, and I created this space to help you feel at home in your body, mind, and heart. Through gentle encouragement and mindful practice, I’ll guide you to reconnect with yourself, release tension, and discover the joy of simply being. Here you will find classes and practices that meet you where you are:
- Slow Flow & Vinyasa – to energise, strengthen, and bring fluidity to your body.
- Yin & Restorative – to soothe your nervous system, release stress, and invite deep rest.
- Breathwork & Meditation – to calm the mind, find clarity, and create inner balance.
Heartcore Yoga is about learning to listen to your body, accepting yourself in every moment, and using the tools of yoga to feel happy, supported, and whole.

Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Land safely. Feel free.
