Heartfelt Dreams Foundation

Heartfelt Dreams Foundation has a mission to provide financial, emotional, and educational assistance to congenital heart disease (CHD) patients, their families and the medical professionals who care for these patients.

HFD fills two voids:
 1. Parents whose babies are born with CHD have few places to turn. Heartfelt Dreams Foundation, through its Heart Within A Heart Caring™ program, is there to offer support specific to this birth defect through phone counsel, connection to others in their shoes, and financial assistance that covers expenses such as travel to a specialty hospital.
2. As survival rates of babies with CHD increase, more adults live with CHD. Yet knowledge about CHD is low among cardiologists and most are uncomfortable managing a patient with this life-long condition. Heartfelt Dreams Foundation provides free medical education focused on CHD through live webinars, regional seminars, and medical conferences targeted to cardiologists, cardiac care nurses, and patients.
