We are a neuroscience-based spin-off of the University of Bern with the mission to fight dementia through prevention. 

To this end, our team of passionate psychologists with extensive expertise in neuro-, health- and learning psychology has developed the first holistic training for our brain.

When it comes to our body, we naturally train different muscle groups such as legs, core, chest, back, etc. Brain research shows: our brain also needs training (stimulation) in different areas to stay healthy. And that's exactly what we offer: Personalized online coaching along six vital areas to reduce the risk of severe diseases like dementia.

The areas are Memory, Creativity, Coordination, Mindfulness, Community, and Lifestyle.

Brain fitness should be as natural as body fitness!
