Holding Space with Michelle

Because there’s no right way to grieve — but you don’t have to do it alone.

Welcome to Holding Space for Grief, a channel for anyone navigating loss — whether you’re preparing for it, living through it, or supporting someone you love.

Here you’ll find:
	•	Gentle, practical guidance on grief and caregiving
	•	Support for writing eulogies and planning celebrations of life
	•	Honest talk about complicated grief (yes, even the messy parts)
	•	Reflections, prompts, and the occasional laugh when you need it most

Your grief is real. Your story matters. And here, you don’t have to carry it by yourself.
