✨Welcome to "Holistic with Himasha," My name is Himasha, a certified Yoga Instructor with more than 5 years of experience. I pursued a master's degree in Entrepreneurship, focusing on Service Marketing. Following experiences with 4 start-ups & a business venture that didn’t go quite well, I decided to take a break. This break led me to a Yoga Retreat and Teacher Training, where I rediscovered my passion and purpose.

I am certified in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, specialising in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. I had a chance to pursue these certifications full-time, which allowed me to experience a lifestyle of slow and mindful living. That's where I stumbled upon a harmonious blend of body, mind, and breath.
