Medical Martial Arts

Stiff back, achy knees, hard to get up off the floor? Medical Martial Arts uses fighter training methods, scaled so everyday adults can start where they are. No experience needed.

I'm John Holt. I fought professionally in Muay Thai for 10 years and retired undefeated at age 29. I've been in martial arts for 29+ years, teaching since 1999, and this training system is used in the wellness program at Medical Specialists Associated (MSA) in Dallas.

Every video gives you an easier version and a harder one: Muay Thai and boxing basics, Kali stick drills (a cheap dowel rod works to start), kettlebell and strength work, and getting up and down off the floor.

Credentials: Guro (Kali & Silat) | Sifu (Jun Fan & JKD) | Ajarn (Muay Thai), Retired Pro Kickboxer, Certified MMA Conditioning Coach.
