Welcome to my weight loss journey! 👋

I’m a beginner on a mission to lose weight and get my six pack back, and I’m doing it all from home with no gym and no fancy equipment. Just treadmill walking and simple home workouts like squats, pushups and knee raises.

On Day 1, I could only walk 10 minutes on the treadmill. By Day 5, I’d doubled it. If I can do it, so can you.

On this channel you’ll find:
✅ Follow-along home workouts for beginners
✅ Treadmill walking routines for weight loss
✅ Fat loss exercises you can do at home
✅ Honest progress updates from my real weight loss journey
✅ Beginner workouts for men over 40 (and anyone starting fresh)
