TJ & Diamond | North Austin New Construction

Moving to Austin and looking at new construction? This is the honest version: real numbers, real communities, no hype.

We're TJ Howard and Diamond Olcott, REALTORS® with Howard Property Group, sponsored by The Sears Group. We help relocating buyers find and buy new-construction homes just north of Austin: Leander, Georgetown, Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto. Diamond finds the home. TJ builds the deal.

What we cover:
• Community and builder tours across North Austin
• The real cost of a new build: incentives, rate buydowns, property taxes, MUD/PID fees, HOA dues, lot sizes
• New construction vs. resale
• How to walk into a model home protected (many builders require your agent at the very first visit)
• Relocating and first-time buyers, step by step

New videos every week.
