TheHSSF

Since 2007, the Humane Society of the Sierra Foothills, working with other local animal rescue organizations and veterinarians, has been dedicated to promoting and protecting the health, safety, and welfare of animals and people.

HSSF’s Humane Officers are are highly trained, sworn personnel appointed by the Superior Court. They are dedicated to investigating animal abuse and cruelty cases and work closely with the District Attorney’s office and law enforcement to prosecute individuals deemed responsible for harming animals.

If you would like to help us find homes for homeless animals and promote the prevention of animal cruelty, please LIKE us on Facebook and consider linking your business or personal website to ours.

On behalf of the many animals that continue to benefit from the generosity of caring people like you, THANK YOU for your support.
