Mountains are not merely terrain, but a way of understanding and learning. In Atayal hunting culture, hunting grounds, tools, and customary rules together form a language for interacting with nature. Through visual translation of this forest knowledge, this work re-examines how humans move, make decisions, and survive in the mountains.
